SIGN UP AS A MYSTERY SHOPPER
SIGN THE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Read and accept, if you agree, the privacy policy, by clicking on “I Have read and understand the above”, as well as the partnership agreement, by clicking on “sign agreement”.
VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
A screen will appear informing you that an email has arrived at the email address you provided to verify your account.
When you click on verify email, you will be redirected back to the Shopmetrics website.
You can now log in with your email address.
If you do not verify the email address, the user will be deleted within 48 hours.
COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE
Once you log in, you will be asked to complete your profile to provide more detailed information about yourself so that we can assign visits to you.
Click on the orange text below to go to the profile and complete it.
Once you have finished, click save.
Go through all the tabs and confirm that all the details are correct.
GET THE BASIC CERTIFICATION
In this part you will have 6 lessons with short videos showing how Mystery works and how to complete the questionnaires.
Once you have watched them, click next and you will be presented with a short quiz to complete.
When you have completed the quiz, click on “Save quiz” and on the next page “Submit”.
You will now be shown your score. If you have scored 92% or more, you are ready to request visits.
